The invXtus Cares legacy is not only the strategies of physical plant lay out, nursing coordination and activity programs, but the key legacy is the day-to-day care the resident receives from the Caregivers. We have developed, over the past twenty-five years, an in-house training program for our Caregivers, which we call the “invXtus Way.”
